Each team member brings a real challenge from their industry. Groups rotate through retail, services, manufacturing, and tech scenarios, gaining insights into how working capital differs across sectors.
Advanced Integration (Month 5-6)
Groups tackle multi-faceted challenges combining forecasting, optimization, and risk management. Teams develop comprehensive working capital strategies for complex business scenarios involving multiple stakeholders.
Capstone Collaboration (Month 7-8)
Teams choose a real organization to analyze comprehensively, presenting findings to both peers and external reviewers. This culminating project demonstrates mastery while building presentation and teamwork skills.
